Scripture Union in Africa is committed
to bringing the good news of Jesus to children
through our
- HIV and AIDS awareness and prevention
programmes in schools
- Regular SU clubs in thousands of schools
across the continent
- Holiday programmes - camps and holiday
clubs
- Programmes and guides encouraging children
to meet with God through regular Bible
engagement.
There are special programmes in many countries
working with
- Children affected by HIV and AIDS
- Street children
- Children in prison or who have parents
in prison
We also endeavour to serve the churches in
Africa through training
- Sunday School teachers
- In children's ministry, especially
relational evangelism
- Lifeskills
Scripture Union partners with many other organisations
